We will supply you with Coffin plans, and the required cutting lists

 This will also include seven normal size coffin jigs. Without the jig templates you cannot make the templates needed to build your products quickly and cost effectively.



We will supply you with a coffin manufacturing manual that has detailed diagrams, listing all the sizes on the diagram with the length and width of each piece of wood.

We will supply you with the stain formulas for the wood and know how. Further you will receive wood and coffin hardware. (Handles, decorations etc.) suppliers list

You will receive training, one on one by an instructor for 2-3 Days, depending on your wood working skills. During the coffin manufacturing workshop, you will physically be making a coffin. The product that you make is yours to take home after the course.

All workshops are held in Deneysville, just South of Johannesburg. So if you will be coming from far, we will offer you free basic accommodation for the entire duration of the coffin manufacturing workshop. However, you will have to cater for your own meals while at the course.
Profits:
You can make 1 x Still born coffin, 2 x Infant Coffins and 1 x 4 ft. coffin out of one sheet of Chip board.

On the more expensive adult coffins a sheet of veneer wood like Kiaat, Red Oak or Oak will cost you from around R950-00 to R1260-00, out of three sheets you will be able to make 4 coffins selling at over R3 500-00 to R4 500-00 each.


You will be able to make 20 coffins per week depending on your woodworking skills. Obviously, as you start making more coffins, you will need bigger machines, staff and a larger premises. With the profit of the sale of your coffins, you will easily be able to afford all this.
